General Questions
Are all items authentic?
Yes, all our items are carefully inspected and verified by hand. We have experience in sneaker authentication since 2015, which is why we are able to give you peace of mind while shopping with us. Please also refer to our authenticity guarantee.
How do I know if you are trustworthy?
Plenty of people have placed an order and have been satisfied with our service. Please check out our Trustpilot page for reviews. We are also a registered company under KvK number 73592870 in the Netherlands.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at the moment. Orders can only be placed through our website.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortuntaly, it is not possible to pick up your order.
Where do your sneakers come from?
Throughout the years, Mokum Prix has established a vast network of retail stores, resellers and consignment stores which allows us to source nearly every sold out sneaker for you. Before an order is shipped to you, it will be authenticated by us.

I just placed an order. What's next?
Awesome! We understand that you're very excited to receive your sneakers, so we are happy to explain the process.
First, your ordered sneakers will be shipped to us so they can be verified on authenticity. Depending on the model & size, shipping times vary. You can view the estimated shipping time on the product page by selecting your preferred size. Items with a 'š¦' will display an estimated shipping time. Items with a 'ā ' are pre-verified and ready to be shipped out from our inventory.
Once your order is received and has passed authentication, you will receive a seperate email with all tracking info. The estimated delivery date will also be mentioned in that email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your sneakers have been authenticated, you will receive a seperate email with a tracking link. On this page you will also be able to see the estimated delivery date.
Why has the price changed of a sneaker I want to order?
Just like other things of secondary market value, prices of limited & sold out sneakers are driven by supply & demand. Even though we always strive to provide our customers with the most competitive prices on the market, prices can quickly fluctuate. This is especially the case for sneakers that are high in demand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. However, we can not guartantee cancellation or changes are possible, as in some cases your order will be immediately processed.
Why has my order been cancelled?
In some cases, we are not able to fulfill your order. A reason for this might be:
- The order has been marked as high risk by our payment provider
- The item you ordered is out of stock or oversold
- The item you ordered did not pass our authenticity checks

Sizing Questions
How do Air Jordans fit?
- Air Jordan 1 High fits true to size
- Air Jordan 1 Mid/Low often fit a bit tighter, so take 0.5 size up if you want to be sure.
- Air Jordan 4 fit true to size, but if you want to be sure we suggest to go up 0.5 size.
How do Yeezys fit?
- Yeezy Boost 350 & 700 fit 0.5 size smaller. Take 0.5 size bigger, or 1 size if you want to be sure.
- Yeezy Slides fit 1-2 sizes smaller. If you are not sure, we suggest to go up 2 full sizes.
How do Nike shoes fit?
Nike shoes usually fit true to size. However, Air Force 1s often fit 0.5 size bigger.
How do other shoes fit?
For other shoes, we suggest to take your normal size if it is not mentioned in the product description.

Which payment methods are available?
We currently accept iDeal, Bancontact, all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna & some Cryptocurrency through Coinbase.
What is the shipping time of my order?
Estimated shipping times are shown on the product page, below the size selection box. They are displayed after a 'š¦' icon.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and subject to change.
The delivery is taking longer than expected. Why?
In some cases, shipping your order takes longer than what we have estimated on the product page. In this case, we would like to kindly ask you to wait a few more days. If no update has been provided since then, please contact us and we will provide an update.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items have to be in a brand new & unworn condition. Before submitting your return, please review our return policy. You can submit your return through this page.
